They arrived in their promised time window, respected our and other people’s property. Took our old washer and dryer, they even tried to switch the door on the dryer since it almost didn’t fit and gave me a solution on to make it fit properly. They worked on the fit in my apartment for about an hour just to try and solve MY problem. Will definitely buy there again.

The delivery/installation team that picked up our purchase at Southcoast Appliance was A1! They arrived on time, they were pleasant, efficient and went straight to work. New cooler was installed and they loaded our "old" cooler for repair with equal care. I should mention it was raining and they took extra care to not leave a mess on our floors and took all packaging and debris with them - making sure we had the new appliance manuals and warranty papers in hand. They pleasantly completed a great purchase from Southcoast Appliance. Purchase was easy and installation was timely and as promised.

I have used South Coast Appliance in all of my houses and rentals. They have always been on time with a phone call. Twice they have saved me money from a big box store that was having a sale. A great experience all around! Originally, I bought an electric, glass top stop as a much needed replacement for the defunct one when we first moved in. My husband and I bought a reconditioned GE higher end washer/dryer set to replace older appliances in a 1990 mfg. home we recently purchased. The dryer needed a small repair which was handled swiftly and professionally under their 30-day warranty. We also bought a used GE Profile electric cooktop that we love. All the “new to us” appliances improved the home immediately, and delivery and installation was a snap. Very friendly, fair and service oriented staff are ready to take care of you at SCA, which is family owned and operated by Marshall and Nicole. The attention I received when I walked in was personal, bright and I felt that what I needed was taken into consideration. I was able to tell them exactly what my needs were in an appliance and they were able to make suggestions to help me make that decision. The purchase process was easy and I was offered a delivery service that met my schedule. They even took away the old appliance at no extra charge. I would recommend this business to my local friends if they needed appliances. What did I end up buying? A garage French door fridge/freezer for less than social media market place and it came with a 30 day warranty, free delivery! This checked all my boxes.

Nicole did a great job explaining the washers and dryers they offered! We purchased the Speed Queen set and are very happy with them so far. We had high end units before with all the bells and whistles but the Speed Queen set has already surpassed them by far. What used to take 59 minutes to wash now takes 35 minutes, and dry time is 1/3 of the time. Plus the laundry actually smells CLEAN! We never imagined that! And did I mention QUIET?? The delivery was on time and the guys were pleasant, respectful and cheerful! We highly recommend South Coast Appliance! Thank you to the team!

If I could I'd offer 10 stars. Sales person was honest and helpful in helping us make our choice of a fridge. Pricing was so much less than we anticipated. Delivery scheduling was also easy, and helped us avoid a scheduling conflict. The delivery was done by two very careful, very considerate gentleman who took time to navigate the old heavy and enormous old unit through the hallway and out the door. In this day and age when customer service is scarce, this business knocks it out of the park on all fronts.

Amazing service!!! From beginning to end. The lady helped me and explained the difference between all the washers and dryers. I used to use LG and was good to us for 10 years. We switched up to a speed queen and I am super excited to put it to use. It has a 5 year warranty so if anything happens to it I just give them a call and they will fix it (if needed) They even came and got my old washer and dryer hooked up the new ones tested them out before they left. Not only that they even took my old fridge. If I need to get appliances again I know where to go and where to send people. Thank you south coast appliance!!!

I bought a used washer and dryer from them 7 years ago. The dryer broke last year and I replaced it with one I was given by a friend. The washer finally gave out last week and I plan to purchase another washer from them this weekend. If they hold out just half as long as the last one did I'll be a very happy camper. Marshal came to my home to diagnose an issue with the water/ice dispenser on my refrigerator. He was very kind and worked on the appliance to try to figure out what was going on. “Nickel” was so great to work with. The oven stopped working in my stove a little over two days before Christmas! My backup plan was serve a Christmas dinner from my crockpot and working microwave (maybe buy an electric skillet, too) but thanks to my friendly local South Coast Appliance, I was able to purchase a new stove and Nicole arranged to have it delivered Christmas Eve! What a hero and a great experience!

My spare fridge went out.....not my main one, but one to keep my soda, water, beer, etc cold. It also had a freezer for my extra meat, frozen foods bought. I panicked, because I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a spare. Showed up at SCA at 9:00 on a Monday, right when they opened, told the salesperson my delema, and she took me right to a fridge that was a return, refurbished stainless steel, beautiful fridge.....for only $500!!!! I immediately bought it and was told they could deliver it the next day....AND take my old fridge, no extra charge!!! The delivery person, didn't get his name, was super nice and efficient. I am now loading up my fridge, just taking a break to write this. Can hardly wait for a coldone. Will definitely recommend to my friends! Thank you SCA!!!

Mike was very pleasant, efficient, and professional. He was very respectful of our time of our home and even the plants that were close to his entrance and egress. Because of the awkward location the installation wasn't as straightforward as it could have been. It took Michael little longer than he thought, but he got there. He cleaned up after himself ensuring he left no mess, he ran the machine and confirmed everything was working as it was supposed to be. I would have Mike do work in my house again, without question one of the best installers we've had. Not to take away from his predecessor Jesse, who was on the same caliber has Mike. Marshall or Nicole whoever does the hiring does a spectacular job with their support staff. Without their support staff it would be just another appliance store.

Great service, very helpful employees. Needed a new washer and dryer. Left with Speed Queen TC5-Washer and DC-5 Dryer. I installed them at home and return the old ones to a location provided by South Coast Appliance for free. I would recommend SCA to anyone who needs new appliances in this area.

Don't even think about buying out of town !!! SouthCoast Appliance, Brookings, is a very good appliance store. Large inventory of new and used. 👍 prices, Professional experienced sales people, variety of products. Warranties are fair and affordable 👌 I've purchased many products from them over the years.

Marshall with South Coast Appliance goes the extra mile once again. We were experiencing a drainage issue with our dishwasher. We contacted South Coast and Marshall came out, and took the dishwasher apart and found the issue. He ran a cycle and it has worked good since. Great customer service and communication!! I bought all of the appliances for my new home almost 2 years ago when South Coast Appliances was SEARS. Even though SEARS went out of business Marshall & Nicole still own the business as SOUTH COAST APPLIANCES. They have been storing everything for me and they are still going to install everything as soon as the DELAYED house is complete. I highly recommend this business.

We are beginning a kitchen remodel and picked out four appliances from Darrell. He gave us all the specs we needed to provide our contractor for cabinets and countertops. In the meantime, there was a huge delay in the entire process and we did not return for approximately two months. We figured to start the entire process again. When we got our cabinets and countertops ordered, I went back to Darrell and we picked up right where we left off, ordered and paid for the appliances, and it was the friendliest and easiest part of the entire remodel. We appreciate the great service!

Back in September I bought an apartment size refrigerator from South Coast Appliance. It wasn't my primary refrigerator, it was just used for drinks. It was a used refrigerator and came with a 30 warranty. In mid December (3 months later) the Refrigerator died. I called South Coast and told them about the situation. They were very nice and said they would send out a repair person. A couple of days later Jesse showed up and said it appears to need the brain (PC Board) that controls the functions. He said he would have to order the part and come back when it arrives. About a week later Jesse came back out and put in the new PC board at no charge. The refrigerator seemed to work for about 2 days and then died again. I called South Coast Appliance again and got a hold of the owner, Marshall. I Told him about the situation and he said I guess we had better swap it out for another one. He said he would see if he could find one similar to the one I have and get back to me. After a few days it was determined that he was not able to find a similar used one so it was suggested that he look for a new one and I would pay the difference from the one I bought from them and the new one. A few days later he told me he found a new one in Medford and was going to be over there anyway and would pick it up if that was agreeable with me. Marshall picked it up and it was swapped out with the new one. I paid the difference of $139.00 and got a new refrigerator. From what I can tell the new refrigerator is even a better make and model than my last one and it has a stainless steel door. My wife and I are very pleased with the results.

I am a new home owner in Smith River, Ca. I purchased a Maytag washer and dryer, I also bought a GE Gas Range from South Coast Appliance. All 3 appliances are used, but had been taken very good care of, the oven looks like it was never used. I enjoyed making Pumpkin Pies for Turkey Day. I highly suggest buying appliances from them. The guy who delivered them, Mike or Mark? was efficient and knew what he was doing. They hauled off the old appliances like a champ. THANK you, South Coast Appliance, you serve your community well.

I gave the lady my specifications and next thing I know, they're being ordered and I saved hundreds of dollars. They even price match as much as they can with other stores. I 100% recommend South Coast Appliance to anyone looking to buy. Best experience I've ever had. Made my day of adulting worth it.

Great in store customer service and great install. Professional and quick and easy! Didn't have to lift a finger OR deal with getting it up my stairs. They had to take the door into my laundry room off to fit my washer, but they put it all back together and made sure my water was back on and everything was in place. Did a quick tutorial and gave me all the paperwork I need. Definitely recommend to anyone!

While ive read the other reviews my interactions with them have been very good. Sale items are normally on a good sale and when we purchased a pre-owned fridge from them fir a rental unit it had a problem in the first few weeks and they sent someone out to repair it. They also do fun giveaways which I think are great for the community

I bought a used washer and dryer from them 7 years ago. The dryer broke last year and I replaced it with one I was given by a friend. The washer finally gave out last week and I plan to purchase another washer from them this weekend. If they hold out just half as long as the last one did I'll be a very happy camper. Stay tuned for the review on my new one.

The delivery and installation of my dryer was seamless and perfect. We love our dryer, it's a refurbished one, but it works great, and it's very quiet. So glad to have found this shop which was recommended by both Home Depot and Sears! Will definitely use them again. I give them my highest recommendation!! A++!
