So far so good. We haven™™t figured out the clock feature remaining on as of yet, but it cooks/reheats thoroughly and much faster than smaller ovens.

We like our new fridge. It was out in with our newly constructed house. It™™s sleek and nice. You can use the water and ice on the freezer side with the fridge door open. Two things we aren™™t fond of™¦.only two big bins on the bottom of the fridge. Wish we had a smaller shorter one for cold cuts and cheeses. Normally there is a fruit, veggie, and cheese drawer. The second is that anything along the way of the freezer and fridge will freeze. Salad mix that was laying down next to the wall froze all on that side. Milk froze on one side. It seems anything in the fridge that touches that one wall freezes. The settings are on the recommended setting for both freezer and fridge.

Poorly designed product. Under the guise of "safety", the clock and the interior light do not stay on when the microwave is not in use. Requested service, it did not fix the problem. Owner's manual/spec list note that the clock should stay on. The clock would randomly come on for a few minutes while not in use and then go back to off. Customer service not helpful at all. All they offered was apologies, basic thoughts and prayers. Will not take item back or replace with a model that actually works as stated. I would have NEVER bought the microwave had I known that the clock and light won't stay on. Very disappointed and upset to find out that owner's manual and description do not match the actual item. Quite upset over Frigidaire not taking responsibility for deceiving customers.

Our kitchen appliances style (handles) are no longer manufactured and when our microwave heated the last plate of food we were concerned about a replacement matching. We decided to go handless and it looks great. We do miss the handle because of fingerprints but the overall look works. This microwave was very affordable and worth the money. No issues with performance and we like the quick options for adding 10+ seconds at a time.

Nice looking, Good price. Fan is loud. Light over range could be brighter, but overall does the job. Have only used for about a week, but so far it has been good

Had to replace my previous microwave, after 20 years. Yes, I had a Frigidaire Pro series but this time decided to go with an affordable one, but same brand knowing it would last. I think the new one is better and didn™™t cost an arm and a leg. Build quality is good. Mounting it was like any other microwave, even got a template to know where to drill. But how it works and how quiet it is, it is grrreat! Thank you Frigidaire for making long lasting quality products.

We had a different top of the line microwave. After two years it completely stopped working. We bought a frigidaire because we own a refrigerator stove and dishwasher. It's easy to use and looks wonderful, matches all of our appliances. Numerous fixtures and a helpful understandable instructions manual.

We recently purchased this unit to replace one that died after 18 years. We like the look of it but haven't been impressed with a few things. The first thing is the performance. The old unit was 1150 watts and this one is 1000 watts. I didn't think there would be that much of a difference in long it takes to heat things but I was very wrong. It seems to take 50% longer to heat most things vs the old one. Still trying to learn what the right time is for the things we cook most often.The second thing is the lighting. The light in the oven and underneath are both very dim. And there is only 1 setting for the bottom light. The last problem is the clock display. It doesn't stay on! And then it randomly comes when it's not being used. I couldn't find any documentation on the settings to keep it on or if there is some sort of energy saver that needs to be turned off. We would have returned this unit, but the appliance store we bought it from has a 50% restocking fee. So we are stuck with this for now.

Would be a 5 except there isn't an override for the power saver and the clock goes dark after 3 minutes. I rely on the clock while in the kitchen and don't want to continually have to refresh the clock. The specifications should include that feature so people make an informed choice on this purchase
